To sing gospel with me, you don't need to have sung gospel before. Whether you can nodes is completely secondary. With me, everyone can join – and EVERYONE is welcome.
I teach from the belief that all people are musical.

At SommerGospel, there are teaching opportunities for everyone – from beginners to experienced choir singers, gospel conductors, soloists, musicians and music illiterates.

My Songs 26 - gospel workshop
My concept for a gospel workshop is simple:
We meet to sing gospel – and everyone can join!
A gospel workshop is the place where YOU sing gospel.
It is now the 26th time I have held My Songs in Copenhagen, and it is always a fantastically lovely day.
To participate in this workshop, all that is required is the desire to sing gospel. Forget about sheet music, age, and choir experience – come and sing along!
Who am I
I work with gospel because I love what happens when people sing together: shoulders lower, eyes light up, and you can feel the joy of life fill the room.
I build up my choirs and workshops so that everyone can join in and have a good experience – regardless of whether you know sheet music or not, and regardless of whether you have sung before.
I use humor a lot because it gets my shoulders down and makes it easier to learn new things.
Team building
Do you need a feature that shakes the meeting air out of the room and brings people together across departments?
With a short gospel workshop you get energy, laughter and a shared experience where everyone can join — even those who “can't sing”.
In 30–40 minutes, a completely ordinary group of employees can stand like a choir and get a noticeable feeling of: “Okay... we can actually do this together.”
