My Songs – the choir

After holding 25 My Songs workshops, I now start one My Songs Choir.

Here we will only sing songs that I have written.

It will be both funky up-tempo-gospel and beautiful ballads – songs with hope, joy, depth and presence.

Many of you have already sung several of my songs over the years. Now we give them their own space.

Here we get closer to the songs, stories, lyrics and expression behind the music. We have to work with sound, timing, energy, interpretation and presence – warm, unpretentious and alive and with lots of humor.

My songs are written for choir – and many of them with you in mind. For voices that meet and create something that is bigger than the individual.

I am really looking forward to unfolding the universe even more with you.

My Songs will be part of The Gospel Choir on Tuesdays and Copenhagen Gospel Voices on Thursdays – both days at 19.30–21.30.
