Gospel

Mode 3

Summer Gospel 1

Gospelkor, Anders Butenko

Here, introduction is almost unnecessary. And when Anders leads the choir, energy, joy and enthusiasm are guaranteed! In the gospel choir, you can encounter all genres of gospel music – from traditional “church” to modern contemporary.

Power Plant, Nina Luna

Our brain and body work together when we sing, but we don't always feel like we have control over our voice. There are lots of thoughts and decisions we make unconsciously when we sing, which show in our body language and our singing. We will sing together as a choir, and through conversation, exercises and good tricks, we will practice optimizing our mental resources when we sing. A power plant is a plant that creates electricity. Our brain is a power plant in itself, but only when we become aware of where we put our energy can we learn to do something new and become more skilled and knowledgeable about ourselves.

Singing technique in practice, Tine Hamburger, Benjamin Jochimsen

Tine has many years of experience in teaching singing technique and leading gospel choirs. In this module, the focus is on the details of the songs. By focusing on singing technique, the songs gain new depth. This is a module for those who like to delve into the details.

GospelOasen, Laura Kjærgaard

Here you can breathe deeply. Come down into your body. Rest your voice.
There will be a focus on meditation, stretching, nature walks and maybe listening to a presentation that can start a good conversation. Maybe we will also dip our toes in the school's reopened swimming pool. We will listen to music together, and maybe there will also be time for a short song or two. Laura will guide everyone safely through the oasis.
