The first time I saw Hans Christian on stage, I knew within seconds: this man is special – we have to work more closely together. Nearly twenty years later, I’m certain: the musical spirit and talent he brought to Germany and its gospel choirs have shaped and influenced repertoires, teaching styles, and even people’s lives. It’s a privilege to call him a close friend.
